Job Summary

Follow standard waitstaff procedures to facilitate the service of food and beverages to Bowdoin College catering customers. This is a part-time, non benefit eligible position.

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Education/Skills Requirements

High School Degree or equivalent Must pass Maine Alcohol Server Course (B.A.S.I.C) Demonstrated reliability and ability to work quickly and efficiently. Must be able to work independently in a team atmosphere. Must be neat and clean and demonstrate good personal hygiene practices. Ability to work cooperatively and closely with others.

Experience Requirements and/or Equivalents

Previous bartending experience preferred. This position is subject to a pre-placement physical and background check.

Standard Work Days and Hours

Varying shifts including weekends, holidays and during weather emergencies. Required to work during major college events and weekends.
